March April Updates
Dear Parents,

Dear Parents;

I pray you and your families are enjoying this great weather. Just a few updates.

March 21rst – Sunday we will hold our last retreat of the year. Our retreat will begin with the Youth and Family Mass at 12:00. Students will be walking outside and around town so please have them dress appropriately for the weather. It looks like it will be beautiful, so I would like to have them do activities outside.

2nd year Candidates need to return all their forms by April 1rst. Information must be forwarded to the Bishop’s office soon.
First year candidates – please return forms as soon as possible to the parish office or hand them to me directly at the next meeting date.

March 28th – FISH FUN NIGHT – Our last fun night of the year, please encourage your teens attendance.

April 18th is a FIRST YEAR class only.

April 25th – Youth and Family Mass 12:00

April 25th is for SECOND YEAR candidates only. This evening will include a presentation on Right to Life. Information on this presentation will be mailed home within the next week or so.

May 12th – Candidate and Sponsor Rehearsal Dinner – specifics will be mailed home within the next week or so.

May 14th – Confirmation with Bishop Edgar da Cunha at 7:30 - Candidates and sponsors must arrive by 7:00.

May 16th – 16th Annual NJ Catholic Youth Rally at Six Flags. Tickets are $45 which include admission to theme park, admission to Wild Safari, all you can eat buffet for lunch, rally button, and open air mass with Bishop Serratelli. I am searching for help on the cost of the bus. As of now it will add $10 - $15 dollars to the price of the ticket. Permission slips will be sent within the next week. The first 50 returned with $45 deposit will be on the bus.

This year has gone by so fast. Working with the youth as SV has been wonderful. I pray they have experienced a closer relationship with God. It has brought me great pleasure being a part of their spiritual growth. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me..
